"Estate planning" nghĩa là gì?

"Estate planning" = kế hoạch di sản -> nghĩa là kế hoạch quản lý (ý định cho, tặng, bán, hay thuê 1 quỹ quản lý) cho bất động sản của bạn trong trường hợp chủ sở hữu (là bạn) gặp rủi ro (chết, tàn tật ...).
