“Get pinked” nghĩa là gì?

“Get pinked” = bị đâm/xiên, bị nổ pành pạch -> nghĩa là bị bắn, trúng đạn hoặc bị giáo đâm trong chiến trận. Nghĩa thứ hai là bị sa thải, giống 'get fired' đó các bạn.
Ví dụ
If you get pinked for refusing to come back to work during the pandemic (đại dịch) you can't get unemployment benefits.
“And that's what I think is so f**ked up,” he says. “I don't want my attitude (thái độ) to put me in a situation where I might get pinked.”.
I need this job and need to figure out how to do these basic things before I get pinked. I'm afraid to talk to my boss about it. What should I do?
