“Get PO'd” có từ PO'd là viết tắt của "pissed off” để mang tính nói giảm nói tránh -> cụm từ này nghĩa là vô cùng bực tức, cáu gắt, giận dữ, phẫn nộ.

Ví dụ
"I told my wife sooner or later what's going on over there, someone's gonna get PO'd, they're gonna ride by and shoot it up," Massey said.

“She started giggling (cười rúc rích, cười khúc khích) and smirking (cười điệu, cười ngớ ngẩn) when she saw me. As a parent you are going to get P.O’d. My daughter didn’t want to get near her. I wanted her to see my daughter. I was like — ‘Go to her, Mama. Go to her.’ But my daughter didn’t want to go.

"Then the Teddy Atlas Foundation stepped in and paid for trainers and insurance," Russo says. "So forgive me if I get p.o.'d when I hear local elected leaders saying on TV news that there's nothing available in East Flatbush for local kids. That's bull. We're here. If we had gotten to Kimani Gray, he might've been fighting in the Golden Gloves that night instead of carrying a gun as a member of the Bloods. He'd still be alive, working towards a diploma (văn bằng), a job, a future, a family."
