“Get religion” nghĩa là gì?

“Get religion” = theo đạo/tôn giáo -> nghĩa là bắt đầu theo và tin vào một niềm tin tôn giáo nào đó và nghĩa khác là quyết định hành xử có đạo đức và đúng chuẩn mực xã hội.

Leading media organizations, he admirably admitted, simply do not “get religion.”

In her Instagram story apology, the Bravo star said, “When I wrote that it's ‘God’s way of thinning the herd,’ that’s not what I meant.” She did not, however, clarify what she meant fully, although she did get religion involved. "What I meant was, do these pandemics (đại dịch) happen because it’s God’s way? I’m not God, I’m not insensitive (không nhạy cảm). I feel bad for all the families who have lost loved ones. And I do think we should all stay home and protect everybody. That’s not what I meant, and I want to apologize to anybody who got offended,” she continued.
