"Golden handcuffs" nghĩa là gì?

"Golden handcuffs" = còng tay vàng -> nghĩa là hợp đồng hấp dẫn, lương lậu hấp dẫn (với người ở vị trí cao) hoặc phúc lợi trở thành công cụ để công ty giữ chân nhân viên, khiến họ không thể bỏ việc.
