"Grim Reaper" nghĩa là gì?

"Grim Reaper" = Thần Chết, là một nhân vật thường được sử dụng như một biểu trưng của cái chết theo tư duy hiện đại. Nguồn gốc của Grim Reaper được cho là xuất hiện từ thời kì Cái Chết Đen – Bệnh Dịch Hạch hoành hành ở Châu Âu thế kỉ 14. Căn bệnh này đã tiêu diệt gần như 1/3 dân số Châu Âu thời bấy giờ và trở thành nỗi ám ảnh lớn của nhân loại. Thần Chết được biết đến với hình ảnh bộ xương, áo choàng đen và lưỡi hái.
