"Pig out" = ăn như heo -> nghĩa là ăn hau háu.

Ví dụ
I started to ask myself if I was crazy for being this way, but then it clicked! There's no way people don’t like something sweet, especially around the holidays! I feel like the holidays are the time where you are supposed to pig out on everything bad right? Yes, I am right. Well guess what I found? I found a map of the entire country’s favorite treats around Christmas time, and you will never believe how opposite Jersey and Pennsylvania came out to be.

Just because I barred (ngăn cản) one of my lawyers from appearing at a hearing because he was too fat doesn't mean I hate fat people. Hell, for years, I pigged out deep into the night on burgers, popcorn, milk shakes and Cake Masters. Ate fruit salads at the office to fake everyone out. Got shots from a diet doctor to the stars. That's a Cake Master in my jowls (hàm dưới) now. So I prefer talking to a camera these days than looking in a mirror.

I’ve been there. I think we all have. I pig out on a pint of Ben and Jerry’s, but when I realize that one pint is equal to about five servings, I wonder why I don’t feel full after. It seems very strange. But, I digress (lạc đề). If you want to avoid this post-Ben and Jerry’s regret, try making a yogurt parfait with fruit, honey and granola, or you can even make an acai bowl! Beware of getting either of these options from a restaurant, as they usually have a lot of added sugar that you can avoid by making it yourself.
