"Caveat emptor" nghĩa là gì?

"Caveat emptor" -> nghĩa là người mua phải chịu hoàn toàn trách nhiệm về chất lượng sản phẩm.

Ví dụ
Caveat emptor is Latin for "let the buyer beware." In business, it means the buyer purchases at his own risk with no warranty (bảo hành) in the contract. It implies a warning to buyers the goods (mặt hàng) they are buying are "as is" or subject to defects.

But now there is little to no forbearance (kiên trì). Banks are fighting back against fraud (lừa đảo), not only by putting scam warnings everywhere – like gruesome pictures on a cigarette packet – but they also appear to have resurrected (hồi sinh) 'caveat emptor'.

The rest of the marks are questionable. In this collecting category fake and spurious (giả mạo) marks are common. That is the situation with your pot. As they say in the world of antiques (đồ cổ), caveat emptor.

It is a system of caveat emptor – buyer beware – for those travelling. Over the next few months there is a reasonable chance that some limited number of people could have their travel plans interrupted.
