"Double Dutch" -> nghĩa là vô nghĩa, khó hiểu; nghĩa khác là trò chơi nhảy dây.

Ví dụ
"I played double Dutch. I did jacks. I blew bubbles (bong bóng). I could sit on my porch (hành lang) in peace and that's not what we have now," Taylor said. "We have a city in chaos (hỗn loạn). So how does government work together with community to put plans together to help keep everyone protected?"

The event is designed (thiết kế) for students grades 6 through 12. Activities include: basketball, Spikeball, remote car races, dunk tank, beachball soccer, flag football, students versus police basketball game, double dutch, poetry slam, last man standing, raffle giveaways, volleyball, strength challenge and more.

For most kids, jumping rope was a playground staple (yếu tốt chính). Growing up in the 70s and 80s, double Dutch was popularized in many Black communities, especially among girls. But it isn’t just a kid’s game, and it’s having a resurgence as people cope with life in the pandemic.

On one level, you have to admire (ngưỡng mộ) the Cuomos’ moxie: At around the same time they were taking heat in the press for their testing favoritism (thiên vị) they were also hopping over yet another bright ethical line as if they were playing double Dutch.
