"Reasonable person" nghĩa là gì?

"Reasonable person" = người lẽ phải -> nghĩa là nhân vật hư cấu, tưởng tượng được dùng để đại diện cho một người theo chuẩn mực thông thường.

Negligence (tính cẩu thả) is the omission to do something which a reasonable man, guided upon those considerations which ordinarily regulate the conduct of human affairs, would do, or doing something which a prudent (thận trọng) or reasonable man would not do.
Why would a reasonable person without a specific medical issue refuse a safe and free vaccine that could prevent death and protect their immediate family?
