"Sucker list" nghĩa là gì?

"Sucker list" = danh sách lũ ngốc -> nghĩa là danh sách những người là nạn nhân của các trò lừa đảo, thường dùng để làm gương cho người khác, cảnh báo những chiều trò như thế trong tương lai.
Ví dụ
