"Sweetheart contract" nghĩa là gì?

"Sweetheart contract" = hợp đồng ngọt ngào -> nghĩa là thỏa thuận ('thỏa ước lao động tập thể') có lợi cho người sử dụng lao động được lãnh đạo công đoàn ký mà không có sự chấp thuận của các đoàn viên.
