"Blue Alert" nghĩa là gì?

"Blue Alert" = báo động xanh -> nghĩa là báo động được phát đi toàn quốc khi một viên cảnh sát bị giết, bị thương hoặc mất tích trong khi truy đuổi tội phạm.
Ví dụ
A man wanted for attempted murder of a Alabama State Trooper was taken into custody (giam giữ) late Saturday night, after cell phone owners were alerted to a Blue Alert on Saturday morning and were told to be aware of a “dangerous person.”
According to Alabama Law Enforcement Agency (ALEA) the State of Alabama has issued a “Dangerous Person-Blue Alert” for a man involved in injuring (làm bị thương) an officer. Randy Lee Wade is being sought in connection with the injury of an Alabama State Trooper. He is believed to be a risk to the public.
The Georgia Bureau of Investigations (GBI) has issued a Blue Alert for Jordan Jackson, 22, of McDonough, in connect with the shooting of a Henry County Police officer on Nov. 4. A Blue Alert is a public safety alert that is issued when a suspect has killed or seriously injured an officer and has not been apprehended (bị bắt). The suspect may be a serious threat to the public.
