"Critical Race Theory" nghĩa là gì?

"Critical Race Theory" = Thuyết Chủng tộc Phê phán -> nghĩa là khái niệm nghiên cứu ảnh hưởng của luật pháp xưa và cấu trúc xã hội tới tình trạng bất bình đẳng chủng tộc ngày nay. Thuyết này từng được dùng trong nghiên cứu pháp lý, bây giờ được áp dụng trong giáo dục, nghiên cứu truyền thông và xã hội học.
