"Secondhand trauma" nghĩa là gì?

"Secondhand trauma" = tổn thương gián tiếp -> nghĩa là tổn thương, đau đớn không phải do một người từng trải qua mà do họ đã tiếp xúc, trải nghiệm, lắng nghe nỗi đau của người khác.

Secondhand trauma is basically you’re experiencing some of the same symptoms (triệu chứng) that a person with post traumatic stress syndrome would experience, but you didn’t directly experience the traumatic event.
