"Talent management" nghĩa là gì?

"Talent management" = quản lý tài năng -> nghĩa là chiêu mộ người có tài vào công ty, tổ chức; đào tạo, củng cổ kĩ năng của nhân viên cũ, cho họ mức lương hấp dẫn và điều kiện làm việc lý tưởng.

For talent management, it means that for any organization, retention (duy trì) is critical and retaining talent becomes a key (mấu chốt) strategy. In my book, I argue you must customize careers for the current employees.

The first has to do with the idea that talent management must bear in mind that the new talent war will not be determined, as its predecessor was, by market “shortage” (thiếu thốn) but rather by organizations’ incapacity to successfully address their “connection” in terms of context and with the business.
