"Public property" nghĩa là gì?

"Public property" = tài sản/vật sở hữu công khai -> nghĩa là điều mọi người đều biết, ai mà chẳng biết; nghĩa thông thường là tài sản công (của nhà nước), ví dụ công viên, thư viện, đường phố...

Article 53 of the Constitution stipulates (quy định) that land is a public property, owned by all the people, and represented and uniformly managed by the State.
