"Blue ribbon" nghĩa là gì?

"Blue ribbon" = ruy băng xanh -> nghĩa là giải thưởng cho người thắng cuộc; nghĩa (rộng) là chất lượng tốt nhất, cao nhất, hàng đầu; nghĩa (rộng, khác) là chọn lựa, tuyển dụng cẩn thận, kĩ càng.
