"Ghost colleague" nghĩa là gì?

"Ghost colleague" = đồng nghiệp ma -> nghĩa là nhân viên làm việc một mình, thường tại nhà, ít giao tiếp với đồng nghiệp cùng công ty.

A ghost colleague can make changes in teamwork at the initial (ban đầu) stage by inculcating (ghi nhớ) a model of sales, communication, service, and other competencies necessary to achieve changes in your company.
We all have colleagues in the workplace that are constantly busy, the never ending flurry of shuffling papers, or the ghost colleague that is always in meetings and seemingly only comes back to the desk to sigh.
