"Ginger group" nghĩa là gì?

"Ginger group" = nhóm sôi nổi -> nghĩa là nhóm người (nhất là trong một đảng chính trị) luôn cố gắng động viên người khác đi theo lối suy nghĩ, cách làm mới, thú vị hơn.
