"The July effect" nghĩa là gì?

"The July effect" = hiệu ứng tháng Bảy -> nghĩa là giai đoạn trong năm thường xảy ra sai sót y tế và biến chứng sau phẫu thuật, khi sinh viên tốt nghiệp các trường y tại nước Mỹ bắt đầu đi làm thời điểm này.

In the United Kingdom they call it Black Wednesday; in the United States it’s known as the July Effect. Both of these ominous (báo điềm) names refer to the time when new doctors graduate medical school and start their hospital residencies.
However, even a small mistake can be dangerous for high-risk patients, such as the elderly and those with compromised (tổn thương) immune systems or underlying medical conditions. Here is a sampling of findings from some of the numerous studies on the July Effect.

Thank God for these manuals (hướng dẫn). Otherwise I would have been part of "The July Effect."
