"Blanket statement" nghĩa là gì?

"Blanket statement" = lời tuyên bố bao trùm -> nghĩa là lời tuyên bố được đưa ra về nhóm lớn hay các cộng đồng khác nhau nhưng thiếu chính xác, thiếu bằng chứng, sắc thái.
