"Pocketbook issue" nghĩa là gì?

"Pocketbook issue" = vấn đề sổ tay -> nghĩa là vấn đề chính trị có tác động tài chính (tới người dân, doanh nghiệp, hay cả nước...).

The survey report from the company says perishability (dễ hỏng) is still relevant but is now more of a pocketbook issue. They say nearly eight in 10 (78%) consumers consider food waste, likely out of a desire to minimize spending.
This desire to make more money — clearly a “pocketbook issue” — typically requires workers to act collectively (tập thể). On their own, they have little power; but together, they have a lot of clout in taking on corporate owners — as workers have recently rediscovered.
The US sees its push to cap the price of Russian oil as also damping domestic gasoline prices, a key pocketbook issue heading into the midterm elections (cuộc bầu cử).
Allowing Iowans, and all Americans, with mild to moderate hearing loss the option to shop for over-the-counter hear aids is a pocketbook issue, and a health and connection issue.
