"Buy low, sell high" -> nghĩa là lời khuyên trong giới đầu tư 'mua thấp bán cao'.

Retail investors (nhà đầu tư cá nhân/nhỏ lẻ) are becoming smarter at investing in the equity (cổ phiếu) markets. While timing the markets is difficult, data shows that retail investors have put the ‘buy low, sell high’ strategy to good use during the last three years when there were three significant downturns.
Home buyers could be forgiven for thinking investors would rush (vội vã) into the property market during the downturn, in line with the age-old wisdom of “buy low, sell high”.
The classic buy-low, sell-high strategy. People with less wealth tend to do the opposite (đối lập), investing more as the market rises and taking money off the table when the market turns bearish.
So many will repeat (nhắc lại) the phrase "buy low, sell high," but when it comes to buying low, they are all too often doing the opposite. They are too busy selling at fire sale prices to realize they should be buying.
