"Eco-nut" có nut là điên rồ, gàn dở -> từ này nghĩa (xúc phạm) là người có đam mê với các vấn đề môi trường.
Ví dụ

That’s different. I’m sure I could argue with the guy all day, but you don’t go tearing down a monument (đài tưởng niệm), even if it’s for an eco-nut.
