"Balanced ticket" nghĩa là gì?

"Balanced ticket" = vé cân bằng -> nghĩa là phiếu liệt kê tên các ứng cử viên, được thiết kế để hấp dẫn phần lớn cử tri thuộc các sắc tộc, dân tộc và các nhóm tôn giáo khác nhau.
Ví dụ

Nigeria needs a balanced ticket of a Muslim and a Christian, who do their campaigning at campaign (chiến dịch) rallies and non religious events, like the Nigerian Bar Association’s Annual General Meetings, or the AGMs of other professional and trade bodies.
My message to Nigerians is that we should come out en masse (toàn thể) when it is time to vote in February for a balanced ticket that reflects the characteristics (tính chất) of this country, that will provide leadership that will stabilise (ổn định) this country, revive our economy, and foster more of a sense of national unity, and that is Atiku Abubakar and Governor Okowa.
