"Couch-doctor" nghĩa là gì?

"Couch-doctor" = bác sĩ ghế tựa -> nghĩa đen là người thiết kế, sửa chữa đi văng; nghĩa bóng là nhà trị liệu tâm lý, nhà phân tâm học.
