"Dry powder" nghĩa là gì?

"Dry powder" = bột khô -> nghĩa là tiền được dữ trữ để chuẩn bị cho các khoản chi không lường trước được trong tương lai, dưới dạng vốn lưu động rủi ro thấp hay chứng khoán có thể dễ dàng quy ra tiền mặt.
