"Toxic positivity" = tích cực độc hại -> nghĩa là duy trì thái độ/suy nghĩ tích cực/vui vẻ dù không vui, đang trong tình huống khó khăn hay cảm giác tồi tệ.

Emotions, like fear, contain important information about what we need; they can point toward changes that can help us in the long term. Therefore, there is nothing wrong with feeling negative emotions as long as they are acknowledged and utilized (tận dụng) in a positive way.
