"Your call is important to us" = cuộc gọi của bạn rất quan trọng với chúng tôi -> câu nói tự động khi tổng đài tạm dừng cuộc gọi tới người gọi điện, thường được dùng để với cách hài hước hoặc châm biếm.

You are number 15,478 in the queue (xếp hàng), all our operators (tổng đài) are busy, have you tried using our online portal, do you really need to travel by train? No in-person appointments (gặp mặt) until February 2024, absolutely don’t ring us, but don’t forget, your call is important to us. Thanks for your patience!
Some anonymous (ẩn danh) “we are experiencing a high volume (lưu lượng) of calls, but your call is important to us” operation run from some anonymous central belt industrial estate, perhaps over 200 miles away, simply won’t do.
