"Dark money" nghĩa là gì?
"Dark money" = tiền đen tối -> nghĩa là tiền của các cá nhân, tổ chức nặc danh, thường dính líu tới các hoạt động bất chính, bất hợp pháp.

They did so by funding “dark money” groups that don’t have to disclose (tiết lộ) their donors. These groups operate in a gray area of political fundraising.
Gould said allowing “dark money” groups to do this gives wealthy people the ability to influence (ảnh hưởng) elections late in the cycle with little to no consequences (hậu quả) for their preferred candidate.
