"Effete snobs" nghĩa là gì?

"Effete snobs" = đám hợm mình bất lực -> nghĩa là cách gọi lăng mạ những người phản đối chiến tranh và giới tri thức trẻ của Phó Tổng thống Spiro Agnew trong thời kì chiến tranh Việt Nam.
