"Green gentrification" nghĩa là gì?

"Green gentrification" = chỉnh trang đô thị xanh -> nghĩa là cải tạo khu đô thị từ nghèo lên giàu nhờ các phương pháp xanh, thân thiện với môi trường, từ đó khiến khu đô thị trở nên đáng sống hơn và giá nhà đất tăng lên.

Green gentrification is a looming (to đùng) crisis - we must pay attention to who profits from, and who is exploited (khai thác) by, the built environment system.
Although urban greening is universally recognized as an essential (quan trọng) part of sustainable and climate-responsive cities, a growing literature on green gentrification argues that new green infrastructure (cơ sở vật chất), and greenspace in particular, can contribute to gentrification, thus creating social and racial inequalities in access to the benefits of greenspace and further environmental and climate injustice.
To avoid green gentrification, Allen said it’s key to “understand the history of each place. Design has to be grounded (có cơ sở vững chắc), and history is really powerful.” Black Freedmen’s communities along the Trinity River have created a community roundtable and are “envisioning the future together.”
