"Social dumping" nghĩa là gì?

"Social dumping" = vứt bỏ xã hội -> nghĩa là các công ty, doanh nghiệp trả lương thấp cho người lao động, cắt giảm lợi ích hay cung cấp điều kiện sống dưới tiêu chuẩn.
