"Cultural desert" nghĩa là gì?

"Cultural desert" = sa mạc văn hóa -> nghĩa là nơi thiếu sức sống, thiếu sinh khí, không có các hoạt động giải trí, nghệ thuật; vùng đất khô cằn.
