"Fair Deal" nghĩa là gì?

"Fair Deal" = giao ước công bằng -> nghĩa là chính sách cải cách kinh tế và xã hội được Tổng thống Harry Truman đưa ra, với mục đích giúp toàn bộ công dân Mỹ được tiếp cận giáo dục, y tế và sự nghiệp.
