"Quiet firing" nghĩa là gì?

"Quiet firing" = đuổi việc âm thầm -> nghĩa là trường hợp người sử dụng lao động cố tình làm cho môi trường làm việc trở nên tồi tệ hơn khiến nhân viên nghỉ việc.
