"Round tripping" nghĩa là gì?

"Round tripping" = chuyển vốn lòng vòng -> nghĩa là đưa tiền ra khỏi công ty, "lòng vòng" qua một số thực thể, rồi quay trở lại bảng cân đối kế toán của công ty. Đây là thủ thuật nhằm thổi phồng doanh thu.
Ví dụ
The findings of an internal 2018 investigation (điều tra) by Wirecard Singapore was covered up, despite Edo Kurniawan, head of accounting for Wirecard’s Asian-Pacific operations, being accused of artificially inflating (thổi phồng) profit. Reportedly, in one instance, €37m was moved between Wirecard subsidiaries and external businesses – a practice known as “round-tripping.” A February 2019 raid by Singaporean authorities followed, but serious action was taken against Wirecard at this time.
Continuing its attack on the Adani Group as part of the “ Hum Adani ke Hain Kaun” (HAHK) series, the Congress on February 28, 2023 asked if “all-powerful” agencies (cơ quan) will investigate allegations (viện lẽ) of “round-tripping and money laundering” by offshore shell companies that are allegedly connected to Gautam Adani’s elder brother, Vinod Adani.
The Congress on Tuesday alleged that Gautam Adani's elder brother Vinod Adani has a "central role" in the Adani Group and asked whether India's "all-powerful agencies" will investigate allegations of "round-tripping and money-laundering" by offshore (ngoài khơi) shell companies connected to their family.
