"Basis point" nghĩa là gì?

"Basis point" = điểm cơ sở -> nghĩa là số đo nhỏ nhất trong niêm yết lợi suất trái phiếu, tài sản thế chấp, và giấy nợ, bằng 1/100 của một điểm phần trăm hay 0.01%.
Ví dụ
Those numbers sent expectations for rates to the upside. The UK tenure (chiếm hữu) yield moved up 33 basis points this week from 4.009% to 4.335% this week. The 2-year yield is up 52 basis points from 3.964% to 4.485%.
