"Jungle primary" nghĩa là gì?

"Jungle primary" -> nghĩa là cuộc bầu cử trong đó tất cả ứng cử viên đều tham gia cùng một cuộc bầu cử, bất kể đảng phái chính trị.

The election would start with a so-called jungle primary, in which all voters could vote for any candidate of any party (đảng). Republicans, Democrats, Libertarians, Constitution Partiers, Green Partiers, independents and any others could vote for whatever candidate they want, regardless of party.
