"Proximity bias" nghĩa là gì?

"Proximity bias" = ưu tiên gần gũi -> nghĩa là những người đi làm ở văn phòng thường sẽ được ưu ái hơn những người làm việc từ xa.

It is more important than ever to be explicit (rõ ràng) about performance criteria to reduce all types of bias, including proximity bias. Clearly defining performance criteria is the first step.
Consider connecting proximity bias to other biases your team wants to eliminate (loại bỏ). Elevate the conversation by encouraging everyone to share their ideas and perspectives, regardless of their physical location.
