"Black-light trap" -> nghĩa là bẫy côn trùng dùng tia cực tím làm chất dụ.

Traditional light traps used by entomologists (nhà côn trùng học) for sampling, known as mercury vapor black light traps (MVTs), can be expensive and difficult to use in remote areas. Powered by car batteries (ắc quy), they can be heavy and hard to carry, and each one could set a researcher back anywhere from $200 to $500 dollars per unit.
While someone might not want to spend hundreds of dollars on a standard black light trap, they now can make their own for fairly cheap.
Till today, the light traps in Nepal are found using with traditional type, which have not being recognized (công nhận) internationally. These light traps were of low efficiency (hiệu quả) for trapping insects as compared to black light trap (BLT).
