"Capital account" nghĩa là gì?

"Capital account" -> nghĩa là tài khoản vốn, ghi lại tất cả giao dịch của chủ thể kinh tế trong một quốc gia với các chủ thể ở nước ngoài.

As things stand, India operates a partially convertible capital account, which entails (dẫn đến) that the INR can be swapped for foreign currencies (tiền tệ) and vice-versa for limited reasons.

It needs to be appreciated that India’s fiscal situation and financial architecture need to be improved significantly before migrating (chuyển) towards complete capital account convertibility.
