"Inside information" nghĩa là gì?

"Inside information" -> nghĩa là thông tin nội bộ, chưa được tiết lộ ra ngoài.

Ví dụ
In respect of UK home secretary Suella Braverman’s behaviour, it is the “disclosing” (tiết lộ) offence that shadow City minister Tulip Siddiq has based her complaint (phàn nàn) to the Financial Conduct Authority on. She is right to say that unlawful disclosure of inside information is “a serious offence (vi phạm) in its own right”.

The Law regulates (chỉnh sửa) the means by which an issuer (người phát hành) must disclose inside information to the public. Only the legal representative or a duly (thích đáng) authorized person of an issuer can disclose information.

When a liquidity (thanh khoản) provider receives a request for quote on an instrument, should that be considered inside information? And if so, should the liquidity provider be forced to stop all trading in the instrument and its underlyings until it is clear that the trade has been executed?

If all inside information is announced (thông báo) to the markets by a company, then (the theory goes), it will be impossible for trades to take place in the company’s securities on the back of unpublished information – that is, insider dealing.
