"Bradley effect" nghĩa là gì?

"Bradley effect" = hiệu ứng Bradley -> nghĩa là hiện tượng bỏ phiếu, ủng hộ các ứng cử viên không phải da trắng và không phải phụ nữ mà không ảnh hưởng bởi kết quả bầu cử.

I was on the Nigeria Politics Weekly some weeks back, and during our discussion (bàn bạc) about the coming elections, I said that while it is true that Peter Obi is ahead in all polls conducted so far, we need to keep our eyes peeled for the Bradley Effect.
For example, someone who doesn’t have a voter’s card and doesn’t intend (có ý định) to vote may lie that they intend to vote because that answer aligns with what is expected of a responsible citizen. Respondents may also deliberately (có chủ ý) mislead so as not to appear racist or tribalistic (trung thành với bộ lạc). This is called the Bradley effect or the Wilder effect.
"I certainly hope this drives a stake through the heart of that demon," Charles Franklin, a University of Wisconsin political scientist and polling authority, said of the Bradley effect.
