"Tunica albuginea" -> nghĩa là rách bao trắng tinh hoàn. Bao trắng bình thường có hình ảnh 2 lớp tăng hồi âm chạy song song với nhau bao quanh tinh hoàn. Khi có dấu hiệu mất liên tục của bao trắng có nghĩa là rách bao trắng hay vỡ tinh hoàn.
