"De-influencing" nghĩa là gì?

"De-influencing" là chơi chữ của influence -> từ này nghĩa là miêu tả, phê bình sản phẩm trên mạng xã hội để khuyên mọi người không nên mua hay sử dụng.

While the term “de-influencing” is a new addition to influencers’ vocabularies, the strategy itself has been around for years. In a recent study, we explored why people lose trust in the influencers they have so revered, and what influencers do to regain (lấy lại) that trust.
Rather than representing the demise of influencers, de-influencing is an opportunity for them to reassert (xác nhận lại) their original “guru” role and gain trust through transparency and authenticity. It is a strategy used to protect their influencer role – and future income.
For some of the brands, the issue with de-influencing is that it’s unpredictable and mostly without grounds. “It can happen to anybody at any time, and it doesn’t matter what the facts are. It’s just what people want the story to be,” said another executive (quản trị viên).
