"Johnson treatment" = đối xử của Johnson -> nghĩa là cách Tổng thống Lyndon B. Johnson đối xử, gồm quyến rũ, thuyết phục và đe dọa.

Perhaps the most defining element of President Johnson’s persuasion was the Johnson Treatment itself—he was willing to push people. For better or worse, he would harangue (hô hào), threaten, flatter and bully.
