"Concession speech" nghĩa là gì?

"Concession speech" = bài phát biểu nhượng bộ -> nghĩa là bài phát biểu của ứng cử viên sau khi có kết quả bỏ phiếu rõ ràng, khi ứng cử viên này thừa nhận thất bại trước đối thủ trong cuộc bầu cử.
