"Quiet hiring" nghĩa là gì?

"Quiet hiring" = tuyển người lặng lẽ/kín đáo -> nghĩa là tuyển người đang làm việc tại công ty sang vị trí khác, thường là người đã làm những công việc mà vị trí mới yêu cầu.
